The EUCHNER TP3-4141A024MC2184 is a TP3 series electromechanical safety switch with guard locking in version C2184, with switching element 4141 and a 24 V AC/DC guard locking solenoid. In TP3 versions the guard is locked by spring force and released when voltage is applied to the solenoid (closed-circuit current principle), and door monitoring contacts are provided in addition to the guard lock monitoring contacts. The locking force is 1,300 N (Fmax) and 1,000 N (FZh), contacts are rated AC-15 4 A 230 V and DC-13 4 A 24 V, and the solenoid draws 8 W. The reinforced thermoplastic housing with cable entry reaches IP67 and works from -20 to +55 °C.
