The WAGO 750-635 is a digital impulse interface of the WAGO I/O System 750 for position sensors with a start/stop interface using RS-422 differential signals. It has one input with 1 µm resolution and an update time of 2 ms, supports a position sensor length of 4 m and cable lengths up to 500 m, and passes the position to the process image as 24-bit data with an 8-bit control/status byte. The field side takes 24 VDC (-15 … +20 %) via power jumper contacts, and the module draws 45 mA from the system supply with 500 V system/field isolation. It has fixed wiring, works at 0 … +55 °C and measures (12 x 100 x 69.8) mm W x H x D.
