The ifm KTE302 (KTEEFOEMMFRKG/2M/IO) is a capacitive touch sensor in an M22 x 1 threaded housing 39.6 mm long. It is operated by touch on the actuating surface, with a response time of 64 ms. Its switching behavior can be set to dynamic, static, bistable and combination, and it has 2 inputs to IEC 61131-2 type 3 and is UV resistant. The PNP/NPN switching output is configurable as normally open or normally closed, rated at 200 mA, on 8…32 V DC. The sensor has a stainless steel housing and connects through a 2 m PUR cable with 5 x 0.34 mm² conductors, and is rated IP65 and IP67 (IP69K on the front) for -30…65 °C ambient. Supplied with an M22 lock nut, a transparent symbol disc, a symbol sticker, a gasket and an O-ring.
