The ifm LDL100 (COND CONDUCTIVITY HYG G1/2) is a conductive conductivity sensor for conductive liquids such as water, milk and CIP liquids. It measures conductivity over 100…15000 µS/cm with a resolution of 1 µS/cm, and medium temperature over -25…150 °C; ifm gives an accuracy of 10 % of the measured value ± 25 µS/cm. The process connection is a G 1/2 external thread with sealing cone, the pressure rating is 16 bar, the medium temperature range is -25…100 °C (150 °C for under 1 h) and the wetted parts are PEEK and stainless steel (1.4404 / 316L). It provides 1 analog output (4…20 mA) and IO-Link, runs on 18…30 V DC and connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 gold-plated contacts). It is rated IP68 and IP69K for -40…60 °C ambient. It has UL approval under file E364788.
