The ifm AC2024 (AirBox 2DI 2PO M12) is an AS-Interface AirBox for field installation, including wet environments. It has two digital inputs and two pneumatic outputs, with PNP inputs powered from AS-i. The pneumatic side uses two 3/2-way seat valves, with an operating pressure range of 2…8 bar, an air flow of 350 l/min at 6/5 bar and Legris LF 3000/8 tube fittings. On the AS-i side it uses slave profile S-3.F.F, and it works with AS-i masters of profile M2, M3 and M4. It runs on 26.5…31.6 V DC from the AS-i line, drawing up to 150 mA.
