The ifm AC1433 (SmartPLC DataLine 1ASi ECAT) is an AS-Interface EtherCAT gateway with PLC. It has one AS-i master to AS-i version 3.0, master profile M4. ifm lists it for use as a standard PLC, as an AS-i/EtherCAT gateway, or both. It connects to EtherCAT over Ethernet through an RJ45 connector at 100 MBaud and also offers OPC UA, and has a full graphic LCD display. It runs on 18…32 V DC AUX (AS-i 21…31.6 V DC), with a current consumption below 500 mA, and is electrically separated. The housing measures 135.5 x 93 x 106.2 mm and is made of powder-coated aluminum, galvanized steel sheet and PC. It mounts on a TH35 DIN rail and is rated IP20 for 0…60 °C ambient. Supplied with terminals for conductors up to 2.5 mm².
