Beckhoff EL5102 is a 2-channel incremental encoder interface terminal for EtherCAT for 5 V DC signals (RS422 differential, TTL or open collector) up to 5 MHz. It has a 32-bit counter with 4-fold evaluation, latch and gate inputs, wire break detection for RS422 encoders, and a switchable 5, 12 or 24 V DC encoder supply.
