The Allen-Bradley 2198-C1015-ERS is a Kinetix 5300 servo drive from Rockwell's Kinetix servo drive family. It accepts 85…132V rms single-phase (110V nom) or 170…253V rms single-phase or three-phase (230V nom) input and delivers 8.5 A rms continuous output current and 29.2 A rms peak at 230V three-phase (peak allowed for up to 1.0 seconds), with 2.18 kW continuous output power at 230V three-phase. Kinetix 5300 drives support integrated motion on the EtherNet/IP network with Logix 5000 controllers and the Studio 5000 Logix Designer application, and accept high-resolution and incremental feedback types. The drive comes with standard inputs, hardwired Safe Torque Off and dual-port EtherNet/IP. Functional safety is rated up to PL d, Category 3 (ISO 13849) and SIL CL2 (IEC 61508, IEC 61800-5-2 and IEC 62061). It has a 60 Ω, 50 W internal shunt resistor, IP20 protection and a 0…50 °C operating ambient temperature.
