The ifm UGT510 (UGA01600E1KG/IO-LINK/US) is an ultrasonic sensor in an M18 x 1 threaded housing 97.5 mm long. Its sensing range is 150…1600 mm (target: 200 x 200 mm), with a blind zone of 150 mm, a 15° beam angle and a converter frequency of 230 kHz; temperature compensation is built in and switch points are taught. The PNP switching output is configurable as normally open or normally closed, rated at 100 mA and up to 3 Hz, plus a 4…20 mA analog output and IO-Link, on 10…30 V DC. The sensor has a stainless steel, PA and epoxy glass ceramic housing and connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 contacts), and is rated IP67 for -20…70 °C ambient. It has UL approval under file E174191. Supplied with two stainless steel M18 lock nuts.
