The ifm PV7001 (PV-250-SEG14-UFRVG/US/ /) is a pressure switch with IO-Link for liquids and gases. It measures relative pressure over 0…250 bar (0…3626 psi), with a pressure rating of 625 bar and a minimum burst pressure of 1200 bar. The process connection is a G 1/4 external thread (DIN EN ISO 1179-2) with M5 internal thread, the wetted parts are stainless steel (1.4305 / 303 and 630/1.4542/17-4 PH), and the permitted medium temperature is -40…90 °C. It provides 2 switching outputs (PNP/NPN) and IO-Link, runs on 18…30 V DC and connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 contacts). ifm specifies characteristic deviation < ± 0.5 % of span and repeatability < ± 0.05 % of span. The sensor is rated IP67 and IP69K for -40…90 °C ambient.
