The ifm OJ5036 (OJPLFPKG/SO/AS) is a retro-reflective laser sensor in a rectangular housing measuring 35 x 11 x 24 mm. ifm specifies a range of 8 m with prismatic reflector 50 x 50 mm E20722. It works with red light (650 nm), is laser protection class 1 and has a polarization filter. The light spot is at most 12 mm in diameter at maximum range. It has 1 PNP switching output. The switching output is programmable for light-on or dark-on mode, switches at up to 2000 Hz and carries up to 200 mA.
