The ifm OJ5038 (OJSLOOKG/SO/AS) is a through-beam laser sensor transmitter in a rectangular housing measuring 35 x 11 x 24 mm. ifm specifies a range of up to 15 m. It works with red light (650 nm) and is laser protection class 1. The light spot is at most 24 mm in diameter at maximum range.
