The ifm MGS205 (MGK3070-ANKG/AM/G/US) is a full-metal magnetic sensor in an M18 x 1 threaded housing 60 mm long. It detects a magnet over up to 70 mm (referred to magnet M 4.0) with a magnetic sensitivity of 0.9 mT, has a pressure rating of 100 bar and switches up to 5000 Hz. The NPN switching output is normally open, rated at 200 mA, on 10…30 V DC. The sensor has a stainless steel (1.4404 / 316L) housing and connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 gold-plated contacts), and is rated IP65 and IP67 for -25…75 °C ambient. Supplied with two lock nuts.
