The Allen-Bradley 1769-L32E is a 1769 modular CompactLogix controller with 750 KB of user memory, one 10/100 EtherNet/IP port and one RS-232 serial port (DF1 or ASCII), supporting as many as 16 1769 Compact I/O modules. 1769 modular CompactLogix L3x controllers use 1769 Compact I/O in as many as three banks, take a 1784-CF128 CompactFlash card for nonvolatile memory and use a 1769-BA lithium battery; the controller must be the leftmost module in the first bank, with a power supply distance rating of 4 modules.
