The Allen-Bradley 1756-OF4K is a ControlLogix voltage/current output analog module for the 1756 chassis. It has four outputs that can be set for voltage (±10V, 15-bit) or current (0…20 mA, 16-bit), with an R-ladder DAC. It draws 200 mA at 5.1V DC and 155 mA at 24V DC from the backplane. Field wiring goes through a 1756-TBNH or 1756-TBSH removable terminal block, which is ordered separately. This K version adds conformal coating for harsh, corrosive environments. ControlLogix I/O modules can sit in any slot of a local ControlLogix chassis or in a remote chassis linked over EtherNet/IP or ControlNet, and their input data and output status can be shared by more than one controller.
