The Allen-Bradley 1756-IH16IK is a ControlLogix 125V DC isolated input module for the 1756 chassis. It has 16 individually isolated sink/source inputs for 125V DC signals, with an operating range of 90…146V DC and input time stamps to ±200 µs. It draws 125 mA at 5.1V DC and 3 mA at 24V DC from the backplane. Field wiring goes through a 1756-TBCH or 1756-TBS6H removable terminal block, which is ordered separately. This K version adds conformal coating for harsh, corrosive environments. ControlLogix I/O modules can sit in any slot of a local ControlLogix chassis or in a remote chassis linked over EtherNet/IP or ControlNet, and their input data and output status can be shared by more than one controller.
