The ifm VSA001 (VIBRATION SENSOR) is a capacitive MEMS accelerometer for connection to ifm VSE diagnostic electronics, measuring ±25 g over 1…6000 Hz with a sensitivity of 142 µA/g on a 0…10 mA output. It runs on 7.2…10.8 V DC, has a Ø 17 mm stainless steel (1.4404 / 316L) housing 53 mm long with an M8 x 1.25 mounting thread (tightening torque 8 Nm), connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 contacts) for cable lengths up to 250 m and is rated IP67, IP68 and IP69K for -30…125 °C ambient. A conical washer is supplied.
