The ifm TM4431 (TM-100KFBR12- /US) is a temperature sensor with process connection for liquids and gases. Its measuring range is -40…150 °C. It uses a Pt 100 measuring element (DIN EN 60751, class A) in a 86 mm probe, Ø 6 mm, with an installation length of 100 mm, and its dynamic response T05 / T09 is 1 / 3 s. The process connection is a G 1/2 external thread, rated to 160 bar, and the wetted parts are stainless steel (1.4404 / 316L) and FKM. It connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 gold-plated contacts). ifm specifies an accuracy of ±(0.15 K + 0.002 × |t|); accuracy values apply to flowing water. The unit is Ø 30 mm and 124 mm long and is rated IP68 and IP69K for -25…80 °C ambient. It has UL approval under file E217884.
