The ifm TK6110 (TK-050CLFR14-QKPKG / US) is a temperature switch with intuitive switch point setting for liquids and gases. Its measuring range is -20…140 °C. It uses a Pt 1000 measuring element (DIN EN 60751, class A) in a 38 mm probe, Ø 6 mm, with an installation length of 50 mm, and its dynamic response T05 / T09 is 1 / 3 s. The process connection is a G 1/4 external thread, rated to 400 bar, and the wetted parts are stainless steel (1.4404 / 316L) and FKM. It provides 2 switching outputs (PNP), with the switching outputs rated at 500 mA, runs on 9.6…32 V DC and connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 gold-plated contacts). ifm specifies a setting accuracy of ± 3 K; accuracy values apply to flowing water. The switch points are set with setting rings: set point -16…140 °C, reset point -20…136 °C, with complementary outputs. The unit is Ø 27 mm and 109 mm long and is rated IP67 for -40…80 °C ambient.
