The ifm PG2454 (PG-010-REB12-MFRKG/US/ /P) is a pressure sensor with analog display for liquids and gases. It measures relative pressure and vacuum over -1…10 bar (-14.4…145 psi), with a pressure rating of 50 bar and a minimum burst pressure of 150 bar. The process connection is a G 1/2 external thread, the wetted parts are ceramics (Al2O3), FKM and stainless steel (1.4404 / 316L), and the permitted medium temperature is -25…80 °C. It provides 1 switching output (PNP/NPN) and 1 analog output (4…20 mA), runs on 18…32 V DC and connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 gold-plated contacts). ifm specifies characteristic deviation < ± 0.25 % of span and repeatability < ± 0.1 % of span. The sensor is rated IP67 and IP69K for -20…80 °C ambient.
