The ifm IF6031 (IFK4004A2PKG/IO/US) is an analog inductive distance sensor with IO-Link in an M12 x 1 threaded housing 70 mm long, for non-flush mounting. It measures over 0.4…4 mm and gives a linear 0…10 V output, with a linearity error and repeatability of ± 1 % of the final value of the measuring range. Through IO-Link it also offers a switch point adjustable over 0.75…3.74 mm on a configurable PNP/NPN, normally open or closed output rated at 100 mA. The sensor has a white-bronze-coated brass housing with an orange PBT sensing face, connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 contacts) and is rated IP65, IP66, IP67, IP68 and IP69K for -25…80 °C ambient. It has UL approval under file E174191. Two lock nuts are included.
