The ifm EVC948 (VDOGH050MSD0002C05STGH050MSS) is an M12 connection cable (A-coded, 5 gold-plated contacts) for mobile and harsh applications and CAN bus; it is halogen-free and suitable for drag chains. The 2 m lilac screened PUR cable is Ø 8.4 mm with 2 x 0.75 mm² and 2 x 0.5 mm² conductors plus a 0.75 mm² screen conductor. It is rated for below 30 V AC / below 36 V DC and 4 A in total, has a TPU body with a nickel-plated brass nut (tightening torque 0.6…1.5 Nm) and is rated IP67, IP68 and IP69K for -25…80 °C ambient.
