The ifm E20571 (FT-00-MPV-M6/1,2M) is a plastic (PMMA) fiber optic diffuse reflection sensor in a robust design for harsh industrial environments, resistant to various aggressive chemicals, used with ifm fiber optic amplifiers of types OKF and OUF. ifm gives a range of 15 mm. It has a straight M6 stainless steel (1.4305 / 303) sensing head and a metal-silicone sheathed fiber with a total length of 1200 mm and a minimum bending radius of 20 mm, and is rated for -20…80 °C ambient. Two M6 stainless steel hexagon nuts, two tooth lock washers and an M11 knurled nut are supplied.
