Beckhoff EL3214 is a 4-channel RTD input terminal for EtherCAT for Pt sensors (-200 to +850 °C) and Ni sensors (-60 to +250 °C), with 0.1 °C resolution. Sensors are connected in 2- or 3-wire technology (3-wire by default), with an error below ±0.5 °C for Pt sensors in 3-wire connection. Check the full order number, including any suffix, on the terminal when requesting a quote.
