The Allen-Bradley 2198-H2DCK is a Hiperface-to-DSL feedback converter kit from Rockwell's Kinetix servo drive accessory range. It converts 15-pin Hiperface encoder feedback signals to 2-pin DSL feedback signals on the motor feedback (MF) connector of Kinetix 5500 and Kinetix 5700 drives (series B or later). It accepts Hiperface high-resolution absolute multi-turn and single-turn encoders, and feedback-only, master or load feedback. It does not affect the mounting dimensions of the drive.
