The Allen-Bradley 2198-H025-ERS2 is a Kinetix 5500 servo drive from Rockwell's Kinetix servo drive family. It accepts 195…264V rms three-phase (240V nom) or 324…528V rms three-phase (480V nom) input and delivers 8.0 A rms continuous and 20.0 A rms peak output current (peak allowed for up to 1.0 seconds), with 5.1 kW continuous output power at 324…528V three-phase input or 2.4 kW at 195…264V three-phase input. Kinetix 5500 drives work with Kinetix VP servo motors and connect to ControlLogix, GuardLogix and CompactLogix controllers through the Studio 5000 Logix Designer application, supporting integrated motion and safety on the EtherNet/IP network. This -ERS2 version has integrated safety: up to PL e, Category 3 (ISO 13849) and SIL CL3 (IEC 61508, IEC 61800-5-2 and IEC 62061). It has a 60 Ω, 50 W internal shunt resistor, IP20 protection and a 0…50 °C operating ambient temperature (with the 2198-KITCON-DSL connector kit).
