The Allen-Bradley 1769-IG16 is a Compact I/O input module with 16 5V DC TTL source inputs (low = true), an operating range of 4.5…5.5V DC and selectable digital filters from 0 s to 8 ms. It draws 120 mA at 5.1V from the bus and has a power supply distance rating of 8 modules. Compact I/O modules lock together with a tongue-and-groove design and an integrated bus connector, mount on a DIN rail or panel, and work with 1769 CompactLogix controllers, as expansion I/O for a MicroLogix 1500 controller, or with a 1769-ADN DeviceNet or 1769-AENTR EtherNet/IP adapter; the module is rated for 0…60 °C (32…140 °F) operation.
