The Allen-Bradley 1769-OB16 is a Compact I/O output module with 16 sourcing 24V DC solid-state outputs in one group, an operating range of 20.4…26.4V DC and up to 0.5 A per point and 4.0 A per module at 60 °C (1.0 A per point and 8.0 A per module at 30 °C). It draws 200 mA at 5.1V from the bus and has a power supply distance rating of 8 modules. Compact I/O modules lock together with a tongue-and-groove design and an integrated bus connector, mount on a DIN rail or panel, and work with 1769 CompactLogix controllers, as expansion I/O for a MicroLogix 1500 controller, or with a 1769-ADN DeviceNet or 1769-AENTR EtherNet/IP adapter; the module is rated for 0…60 °C (32…140 °F) operation.
