The OMRON E2B-S08KS02-MC-B1 is an M8 cylindrical inductive proximity sensor from the E2B series, in the shielded double-distance version with a short stainless steel body and an M8 3-pin connector. It senses ferrous metal at 2 mm ±10% (setting distance 0 to 1.6 mm) with a response frequency of 1,500 Hz. It runs on 10 to 30 VDC, draws 10 mA max. and has a PNP open collector output, normally open, switching up to 200 mA (30 VDC max.). It is rated IP67, works at -25 to 70ºC and weighs approx. 20 g in the connector version.
