The ifm PP7552 (PP-100-SBG14-QFPKG/US/ /V) is a pressure switch with ceramic measuring cell for liquids and gases. It measures relative pressure over 0…100 bar (0…1450 psi), with a pressure rating of 300 bar and a minimum burst pressure of 650 bar. The process connection is a G 1/4 external thread with M5 internal thread, the wetted parts are stainless steel (1.4305 / 303), ceramics and FKM, and the permitted medium temperature is -25…90 °C. It provides 2 switching outputs (PNP) and IO-Link, runs on 9.6…36 V DC and connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 contacts). ifm specifies characteristic deviation < ± 0.25 % of span and repeatability < ± 0.1 % of span. The sensor is rated IP68 for -25…85 °C ambient.
