The ifm PM1707 (PM-001BREA01-E-ZVG/US) is a flush pressure sensor for liquids and gases, including viscous media and liquids with suspended particles. It measures relative pressure over -0.05…1 bar (-50…1000 mbar), with a pressure rating of 10000 mbar and a minimum burst pressure of 30000 mbar. The process connection is a G 1 external thread with Aseptoflex Vario sealing contour, the wetted parts are ceramics (99.9 % Al2O3), stainless steel (1.4435 / 316L) and PTFE, and the permitted medium temperature is -25…150 °C. It provides 1 switching output, 1 analog output (4…20 mA) and IO-Link, runs on 18…30 V DC and connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 gold-plated contacts). ifm specifies characteristic deviation < ± 0.2 % of span and repeatability < ± 0.1 % of span. The sensor is rated IP67, IP68 and IP69K for -25…80 °C ambient.
