The ifm O4H501 (O4H-FPKG/2M) is a diffuse reflection sensor with background suppression in a rectangular housing measuring 74.4 x 27 x 63.8 mm. ifm specifies a range of 100…2600 mm on white paper 200 x 200 mm with 90 % remission; on grey (18 % remission) it is 100…1300 mm and on black (6 % remission) 100…900 mm. It works with red light (624 nm). The light spot is at most 50 mm in diameter at maximum range. It has 1 PNP switching output.
