The ifm O4H201 (O4H-DPKG/US100) is a diffuse reflection sensor with background suppression in a rectangular housing measuring 74.4 x 27 x 63.8 mm. ifm specifies a range of 100…2000 mm on white paper 200 x 200 mm with 90 % remission; on grey (18 % remission) it is 100…1100 mm and on black (6 % remission) 100…700 mm. It works with red light (624 nm). The light spot is at most 100 mm in diameter at maximum range. It has 1 PNP switching output. The switching output works in dark-on mode, switches at up to 1000 Hz and carries up to 200 mA. It runs on 10…36 V DC and connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 contacts).
