The ifm II5321 (IIE2015-FRKG) is an inductive proximity sensor in an M30 x 1.5 threaded housing 125 mm long, for non-flush mounting. Its rated sensing range is 15 mm. The real sensing range is 15 mm ± 10% and the operating distance on steel is 0…12.1 mm. The PNP/NPN switching output is selectable as normally open or normally closed, rated at 400 mA and up to 200 Hz on 10…55 V DC, with reverse polarity and short-circuit protection. The sensor has a PBT housing, connects through terminals for conductors up to 2.5 mm² in a terminal chamber with an M20 x 1.5 cable gland for cable Ø 7…13 mm and is rated IP65 for -25…80 °C ambient. Two lock nuts are included.
