The Banner QS18VP6AF300Q5 is a QS18 series background suppression sensor that ignores objects beyond a cutoff distance set from 30 to 300 mm with a five-turn adjustment screw. It uses a visible red 640 nm LED, runs on 10 V DC to 30 V DC at less than 16 mA and has solid-state complementary PNP outputs rated 100 mA total. Output response is 2.8 milliseconds ON/OFF, with a 200 ms delay on power-up. The ABS housing with acrylic lens cover is rated IP67 and NEMA 6 for –20 °C to 55 °C, and it connects through a 150 mm cable with a 4-pin M12 quick-disconnect connector.
