The Banner QS18VP6D is a QS18 series diffuse-mode photoelectric sensor that detects objects up to 450 mm away by their reflection of its infrared 940 nm beam. It runs on 10 V DC to 30 V DC at less than 25 mA and has solid-state complementary (SPDT) PNP outputs rated 100 mA maximum each, with a single-turn sensitivity (gain) potentiometer. Output response is 600 microseconds ON/OFF. The compact ABS housing is rated IP67, with green power and amber light-sensed LEDs, and connects through an attached 2 m 4-wire PVC cable; the operating temperature range is –20 °C to +70 °C.
