The Allen-Bradley 1756-OB16IEFSK is a ControlLogix DC (10…30V) scheduled, electronically protected, sinking, or sourcing, isolated, fast output module for the 1756 chassis. It has 16 scheduled, individually isolated, electronically protected fast outputs for 12/24V DC loads, wired sinking or sourcing, with an operating range of 10…30V DC and up to 1 A per point at 60 °C (140 °F); outputs are scheduled with CIP Sync. It draws 320 mA at 5.1V DC and 3 mA at 24V DC from the backplane. Field wiring goes through a 1756-TBCH or 1756-TBS6H removable terminal block, which is ordered separately. This K version adds conformal coating for harsh, corrosive environments. ControlLogix I/O modules can sit in any slot of a local ControlLogix chassis or in a remote chassis linked over EtherNet/IP or ControlNet, and their input data and output status can be shared by more than one controller.
