Product overview

The Allen-Bradley 1756-IF8IH is a ControlLogix isolated current analog input module with HART protocol for the 1756 chassis. It has eight isolated current inputs (0…20 mA or 4…20 mA) with HART communication and 16…21 bit resolution. Field wiring goes through a 1756-TBCH or 1756-TBS6H removable terminal block, which is ordered separately. ControlLogix I/O modules can sit in any slot of a local ControlLogix chassis or in a remote chassis linked over EtherNet/IP or ControlNet, and their input data and output status can be shared by more than one controller.
