Product overview

The Allen-Bradley 1756-EN4TRK is an EtherNet/IP communication module from Rockwell's ControlLogix 1756 range. It is the conformal coated version of the 1756-EN4TR. It has two RJ45 ports at 10/100 Mbps or 1 Gbps and bridges EtherNet/IP links to route messages to devices on other networks. It supports Device Level Ring (DLR) and linear topologies, PRP (firmware 4.001 or later), redundant adapters and CIP Security for secure access from within the plant network. It handles 512 TCP connections, 1000 CIP I/O plus 528 CIP messaging connections, up to 50,000 I/O packets per second without CIP Security and up to 256 Integrated Motion on EtherNet/IP axes, and draws 1.2 A at 5.1 V DC. It installs in any slot of a 1756 ControlLogix chassis and takes one slot.
