The Schneider Electric TM221CE40U is a Modicon M221 logic controller with 40 I/O: 24 sink/source 24 V DC inputs incl. 4 high-speed inputs, 16 sink transistor outputs incl. 4 high-speed outputs; 2 analog inputs 0–10 V; 24 V DC power supply; 1 serial link (RJ45), Ethernet (RJ45). It is programmed with EcoStruxure Machine Expert - Basic through its mini-B USB port, has a slot for an industrial SD memory card, and connects to Modicon TM3 expansion modules through its TM3 bus connector, with two cartridge slots for I/O, communication or application cartridges.
