The OMRON E2E-X6C212-M1 is an M12 inductive proximity sensor from the E2E NEXT series (PREMIUM model, triple distance), shielded, with a DC 3-wire NPN open collector output, normally closed, and an M12 connector. It senses ferrous metal at 6 mm±10% (setting distance 0 to 4.8 mm) with a response frequency of 800 Hz and has a 48 mm body. It takes 10 to 30 VDC and draws 16 mA max. The connector version is rated IP67 and IP69K, and the case is nickel-plated brass.
