The OMRON E2E-X5MC112 2M is an M12 inductive proximity sensor from the E2E NEXT series (BASIC model, single distance), unshielded, with a DC 3-wire NPN open collector output, normally open, and a 2 m pre-wired PVC cable. It senses ferrous metal at 5 mm±10% (setting distance 0 to 4 mm) with a response frequency of 800 Hz and has a 47 mm body. It takes 10 to 30 VDC, draws 16 mA max. and switches up to 200 mA. The pre-wired version is rated IP67 and IP69K, works at -40 to 85°C and weighs approx. 95 g packed.
