The ifm PN2594 (PN-010-REG14-MFRKG/US/ /V) is a pressure sensor with display for liquids and gases. It measures relative pressure and vacuum over -1…10 bar (-14.6…145 psi), with a pressure rating of 75 bar and a minimum burst pressure of 150 bar. The process connection is a G 1/4 external thread (DIN EN ISO 1179-2) with M5 internal thread, the wetted parts are stainless steel (1.4404 / 316L), ceramics (Al2O3) and FKM, and the permitted medium temperature is -25…80 °C. It provides 2 switching outputs (PNP/NPN), 1 analog output (4…20 mA or 0…10 V) and IO-Link, runs on 18…30 V DC and connects through an M12 connector (A-coded, 4 gold-plated contacts). ifm specifies characteristic deviation < ± 0.25 % of span and repeatability < ± 0.1 % of span. The sensor is rated IP65 and IP67 for -25…80 °C ambient.
