The ifm E30122 (WELDING ADAPT D50/G1) is a Ø 50 mm welding adapter with a G 1 Aseptoflex Vario internal thread for process sensors, recommended for wall thicknesses up to 3 mm. The wetted parts are stainless steel (1.4435 / 316L) with a surface roughness of Ra < 0.4 µm (Rz = 4 µm), and the sensor-to-adapter connection is rated to 50 bar (5 MPa). An EPDM O-ring (24 x 2 mm, E30054) is supplied; FKM and FCM-compliant EPDM O-rings and welding aids are available as options.
