The Banner R58ECRGB1 is an R58E Expert series registration mark sensor whose red, green and blue LED source is picked automatically during TEACH to give the best mark contrast. It senses at a fixed convergent distance of 10 mm ±3 mm with a 1.2 mm x 3.8 mm image oriented parallel to the sensor length, and responds in 50 microseconds. It runs on 10 V DC to 30 V DC and has bipolar outputs, one PNP and one NPN, rated 100 mA maximum each, with push-button and remote TEACH, light/dark operate and ON/OFF-delay settings. The zinc alloy die-cast housing with acrylic lens is rated IP67 for –10 °C to +55 °C and connects through an attached 5-wire 2 m cable.
