The Allen-Bradley 440R-D22R2 is a Guardmaster DI (dual input) safety relay that monitors two dual-channel input devices, such as N.C. interlock or E-stop contacts, OSSD outputs from light curtains, or safety mats, and also has a single-wire safety input for linking relays. It has 2 N.O. safety outputs and 1 solid-state auxiliary output. One rotary switch sets the reset (automatic/manual or monitored manual) and the AND/OR logic of the inputs. Power consumption is 2.5 W and the weight is 180 g. The supply is 24V DC (-15…+10%). It is suitable up to PLe and Cat. 4 per EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL CL3 per IEC 61508, has removable screw terminals and mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail.
