The Allen-Bradley 440G-T27127 is a TLS-2 GD2 power-to-lock guard locking switch with a 24V AC/DC solenoid and an M20 conduit entry. It is supplied without an actuator; order one separately, such as the 440G-A27011 GD2 standard actuator or the 440G-A27143 fully flexible actuator. The TLS-GD2 has five contacts: 2 N.C. and 1 N.O. for door position and 1 N.C. and 1 N.O. for lock monitoring, with a thermal current of 10 A. Holding force Fzh is 2000 N with steel bolts (1500 N with plastic pins), the solenoid takes 7 W, and the housing is rated IP66, IP67 and IP69K for -20…+60 °C. It is a Type 2 interlocking device with guard locking per ISO 14119, with a mechanical life of 1,000,000 operations and a weight of 400 g.
