The Allen-Bradley 440C-CR30-22BBB is a Guardmaster 440C-CR30 software-configurable safety relay rated PLe and SIL 3, with 22 embedded safety I/O: 10 inputs, 2 multi-purpose inputs that can serve as single-wire safety inputs, 6 configurable terminals (input, test output or output), 2 outputs and 2 multi-purpose outputs that can serve as single-wire safety outputs. It has an embedded USB programming port, an embedded serial port with Modbus RTU and two plug-in slots for Micro800 plug-ins (up to 38 digital I/O), plus an optional 440C-ENET Ethernet plug-in. It is powered from 24V DC and is configured with safety function blocks in Connected Components Workbench or Studio 5000 Logix Designer.
