The Allen-Bradley 1756-TBES is an extended-depth terminal block housing, for safety I/O modules, an accessory for ControlLogix 1756 I/O modules. Rockwell notes that the standard RTB housing is not deep enough for 2.5 mm2 (14 AWG) wiring, so the extended housing is used for that wire size. Rockwell warns that the safety RTBs and housings must not be used with non-safety I/O modules.
