The Allen-Bradley 1756-IA32K is a ControlLogix AC (74…132V) input module for the 1756 chassis. It has 32 inputs in two groups of 16 for 120V AC signals, with an operating range of 74…132V AC at 47…63 Hz and input time stamps to ±200 µs. It draws 165 mA at 5.1V DC and 2 mA at 24V DC from the backplane. Field wiring goes through a 1756-TBCH or 1756-TBS6H removable terminal block, which is ordered separately. This K version adds conformal coating for harsh, corrosive environments. ControlLogix I/O modules can sit in any slot of a local ControlLogix chassis or in a remote chassis linked over EtherNet/IP or ControlNet, and their input data and output status can be shared by more than one controller.
